For me, health is your responsibility. It's about an active state that you work on every day. Lots of little habits determine how you feel and how you spend your day. If you incorporate many small, simple rituals into your everyday life, stress takes a back seat and you determine your life.
That's what my job is about. That you have the means not to listen to your own excuses but to improve your personal way of life.

I will pick you up where you are and accompany you on your way to more health and wellbeing.
It is important to me that after a consultation with me you are motivated to really live the change you are striving for. There are no nutritional dogmas with me, because it is very individual what is best for you.
COACHING

Changing habits is best taken slowly. If you work with me for a while, many things will gradually become your flesh and blood. I will accompany you in small steps so that you can achieve your goals.

My life has taught me a lot about harmony and nutrition.
I grew up on a very healthy, natural diet. My mom already did yoga and fed us with whole foods. Many situations in my life have shown me very early on why a healthy lifestyle is so important. And so it was natural for me to help friends with healthy food long before I got into it.
I received my education at the Institute of Integrated Nutrition, New York, where I studied a variety of nutritional theories and practical lifestyle coaching methods. With my knowledge, we work together to create completely personalized plans based on your goals to help you with your unique body, your lifestyle, your preferences and
and guide resources towards your ideal vision of health.
I got to know practical lifestyle management techniques and over 100 nutritional theories there - Ayurveda, gluten-free, paleo, raw food, vegan, macrobiotics and everything in between.
