HOW DO I USE THE OILS SAFE?
Traditionally, certain application methods were preferred or used exclusively for certain essential oils. New research on essential oils brings new knowledge and a better understanding of the uses of the oils. If done properly, all methods of use are safe.
This includes aromatic, external and internal uses. One or more application methods can be used to cover a wide range of emotional and physical aspects. Single oils or complex mixtures can be applied using three different methods.

SPICY CLEAN WITHOUT CHEMICALS
Is that possible? Cleaning products that clean, kill bacteria and still be safe for your family and pets? Detergents bring many harmful chemicals into your home. I use my oils: lemon, tea tree and the On Guard blend. Lemon cleans everything from grease to adhesives and tea tree has an antibacterial effect, including against mold. On Guard is the mix that works as well as a hospital disinfectant. That's why we have our OnGuard universal cleaner from doTERRA: I use this to clean EVERYTHING. I also use baking soda and vinegar. Again and again I am amazed at how effective and how well these simple remedies work.

The sensation of smell (electromagnetic nerve impulse) is first analyzed by the hippocampus and the amygdala and can, for example, evoke pleasant emotional reactions and memories in the case of olfactory memories from childhood. The hypothalamus acts as a regulator and intermediate transmitter with the option of transmitting impulses to different parts of the brain. So the best way to influence your feelings is with a scent!

For colds and flu-like infections, essential oils can be of great help. Many essential oils have strong antibacterial and antiviral properties and can thus effectively kill or weaken pathogens. They can also strengthen the immune system and the whole organism. Some have expectorant and expectorant effects and help with coughs, bronchitis and runny nose. Others have an antipyretic effect.
